Is Samsung desperate for customers on their high end nodes?
The last high end product that came out with Samsung was the RTX 3000 series on 8nm. Their own Exynos 2100/2200, built on 4nm, has overheating issues. Even the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 used in Galaxy S23 is made on TSMC.Reply
They actual Get more customers now, this site published report that their 7nm and 5nm has 90% utilization. Lot of product are made with their 4nm like Exynos 1330, 1380, snapdragon 4 gen 2, 7s gen 2, 7 gen 1, Tensor G3, upcoming Exynos 2400 etc.
And it's Rumored Samsung may manufacture sd 8 gen 5Reply
